Cards Company is wholly owned and run by Present Company
All Card and Paypal transactions will show on your bank statements as Present Company
Your payment information is processed securely via Stripe and Paypal
We do not store credit card details and do not have access to your credit card information.
FREE Hand Written Message Service
We can hand write a message on any card and send it directly to the recipient at no extra cost.
When using this service you should enter your details as usual under billing details, and change the Delivery Name and Address to the recipients.
Cards are sent in their own envelope and will not include any documentation / invoice.
Please Note: If you wish to send multiple cards with a hand written message to different addresses you must repeat the procedure for each card.
Keeping you informed of the Status of your Order
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received, and again when dispatched.
If you don't receive an email please check you Spam folder as sometimes it can make it's way there!
Please be aware that if there is a problem with your order we may have to call or text you.
If you do not want a call or text then please state this in the "order notes" box at Checkout.
We Only Deliver to UK Postcode Addresses
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED SAME DAY* BY ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS POST, HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYED DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Orders placed after 10.30am on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday, or when it's a Bank Holiday the following Tuesday.
All dispatch times are shown above, however if you would prefer a date in the future please enter date to be sent in the "Order Notes" box on the Checkout page.

You do not have to create an account and we do not ask you subscribe to emails. Nor do we share any of your data with any third parties.
We believe that our customers want a clear and concise website and to be able to purchase what they want simply and easily without being bombarded with emails. With this in mind we keep email communication to just the minimum required to inform you that your order has been received and that its been dispatched.
We don't try and sell you something extra or ask you a million questions at checkout! Nor do we seek to encourage you to purchase more products, that's for you to decide.
